- The hotel is really old. - There is only one lift for five storeys. - The sound insulation is poor. You can clearly hear people talking at the corridor outside your room. - the variety of food for breakfast buffet is less than Holiday Inn Express

We had a very noisy room and they moved us late at night to a room I asked if was on road they replied no but sadly it was didn’t take on board we had already had the noise issue
