The staff was very helpful but the cleaning was ok. The bed sheets had a smell. Like maybe stored for a long time. I don't know. I guess for the price is OK.

I checked in at 12am and checked out 12:30pm . The photos used in the site is a lie. It is not an accessible hotel as advertised. It smelled and the staff was demeaning and clearly aware they are lying to the public. No refunds was given and they have been reported to the health and tourism bureau.

I normally don’t write reviews unless I’m displeased. I left the next day. The room was old and smelled. There was only a sheet on the bed and an old comforter that looked like it hadn’t been washed in sometime. There’s no room to walk around and the bathroom smelled like an outhouse. We had to close the door and put a towel under it. I told the staff and was told they’d look into it. Skip this hotel and spend a little more somewhere else.

Room was fine but too far out from venice with no one to tell me how to get to the touristy places. Nothing was open so cash exchange was a problem. I ate at the same cafe twice because nothing else was open and funds were limited.

You get what you pay for. The sink was leaking really badly, the electric cut out all night, the bed was so uncomfortable- but we paid around £40 for the room
