The room and furniture were in poor shape. The kitchen smelt very musty and the teatowels were dirty. The pool had scum on the water, we didn't use the hot tub. Some patrons were extremely noisy past midnight and no one came to ask them to be quiet. I asked them myself and they did quieten down.

Friendly staff and a great view, but the property is very old and run down. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, it’s just in desperate need of renovations.

Room was ok, pretty tired, could do with a bit of tlc, stayed 4 nights, expensive because it was Waitangi and needed to ask for more amenities. Spa didnt appear to work. Wouldnt stay there again.
