Really great hotel and location. Only pain point was that the walls are very thin so if you have noisy people around you you’ll definitely be able to hear them

The hotel was very close to Shinjuku Station, which was perfect for travel around the nearby regions. Clean rooms with lots of amenities, plus extra pillows if needed. Rooms were small so a bit tight for 2 people with large suitcases, but not a problem as we spent most of our time exploring. Would stay here again next time!

The Annex was nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Though some have commented on the easiness of checking in and out, we found it difficult without the human interaction. Not having someone at the desk to answer questions about the area, or the hotel made it difficult. Aside from that the rooms were small but were comfortable and provided a bed to rest your body after a long day of walking in the sun. Breakfast was expensive at 2450 yen/pp.

The room was too small, staff wasn’t too helpful when trying to get directions. The entrance to the hotel was not in front entrance had to go up a floor to check in very confusing. What was helpful was having bus stop right in front of hotel and train and subway stations walking distance
