The room is tiny as expected in Japan. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very helpful. If you're traveling around Japan, the staff will help you order luggage forwarding, which is tremendously helpful. The bathrooms are amazing. Enjoy!

The hotel is very chic and modern. It’s in a central location and the staff is very friendly. Definitely check out the lounge! The wine and nuts there are delicious and quite affordable. A few things to note: the rooms are tiny! Plan for that. Also, there are homeless people hanging around early morning. It seems like they avoid the front of the hotel and stick to the 7/11 on the side. Seemed like they minded their business and didn’t bother anyone so not a big issue for me.

The hotel features a distinctive design and an excellent location; however, the bedding was not very clean, while the breakfast was exquisite.

The rooms were really small. This is my fault for not doing my research but if other people read this know that the room that I got, which I believe was 215sqf was really small. My wife and I were on top of each other as we moved around. If it was just her and I it would be great but what we did not factor in was the luggage. Your luggage needs room. Once we unpacked the room shrunk in size and we had to tiptoe.

The hotel was very nice and clean and fun. The rooms were fine. My biggest issue was it took me three hours to dry a load of laundry one night and that was frustrating.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. The hotel and our room were both exceptionally clean, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we really appreciated being able to check in early for a small fee after our travels. It was a convenient option that helped us settle in and start enjoying our trip right away. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

Great location, nice rooms. The Godzilla head was not working and there was no "special" feature staying here being a Godzilla themed hotel. We did not book the more pricey Godzilla themed rooms, but there should have still been some decor in the other rooms representing the theme of the hotel.

The hotel is located two blocks from Shinjuku station. It’s central but very crowded. We stayed in other areas in Tokyo and didn’t see any trash covering the grounds like we did in Shinjuku. The hotel is older and not updated in the rooms. The lobby area is nice and all the staff there are super friendly. It’s a very large hotel, felt very franchised versus being a personal stay. Rooms were spacious for Japan.
