Cheap but cheerful, for the price we paid it had everything we needed, great location near everything in the old quarter and a special shout out to Sandy at reception who ran this place as if it was her own, just an amazing friendly and helpful lady.

Good location tourism, food is decent. Was told that Prince William help with nonprofits schooling for kids across the street but moved to another location due to easier roadway access.

Room was clean, but heard some noise due to constructions of some parts of the hotel. Staff was friendly & had the willingness to help even if some had no knowledge of the English language. Sad, though, we didn't have the garden view, but I like the location - walkable to the most important places of Hanoi.
