very clean , excellent staff, great facilities, excellent breakfast. We flew in very late , this hotel was close to the airport and a great night sleeps, before moving onto our hotel for a week

We only stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as we were catching a connecting flight via Bali and needed a stop over. We were upgraded to a room with its own garden and plunge pool which was lovely. The hotel gardens themselves are beautiful and it is a quiet oasis. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and evening meals and all were excellent Pool and restaurant facilities at the hotel were very good and all the staff were excellent ( a special mention however to Rama at the poolside bar and also to Ayuw and Yanti in the restaurant who were so helpful and provided excellent service) Hotel is minutes from the airport which was perfect for us.

The manager was kind enough to provide free airport pick up as we had requested it as we are loyal customers he was kind enough to provide it and also gave us an up grade to a Villa room which was good as most of the deluxe rooms are out of service due to heavy rain which had flooded the rooms. The Rama is in the process of refurbishing their rooms which really needs it big time. The room we had was refurbished and was clean and comfortable. Tha staff are amazing. Kind helpful courteous and warm. Customer service is exceptional. Sadly the pool was closed due to flooding which was a dampener! But out of their control. Would recommend this hotel. Amazing staff.

From the very beginning to the end, I can say it was a perfect stay. From a warm welcome at check in, to guides of the resort, enjoying the restaurant and spas, I can say I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali. As tourists from New York, we didn’t really spend too much time at the room, but I will appreciate how clean house keeping kept it every single day. Thank you to each and every one of you at Rama Beach Resort and Villas and I hope to be back one day!

Very beautiful resort , the deli room was amazing in comfort and amenities. The staff were all very accommodating , kind and pleasant . The breakfast was very good and has many items. We really enjoyed that hotel and highly recommend it
