Found the service was poor , i was locked in the bathroom as the lock was broke , water dripping out of ceiling vent , Air Con was broken and also safe wouldn't open , overall not like I expected. Breakfast was average but ok

Very close to Roma Termini station, as in less than 1 minute walk. Clean enough and staff was very welcoming. The included, free breakfast was better than any free hotel breakfast in the states.

Great location, especially the breakfasts is recommended

I am baffled at the 4-star rating of this hotel. The hotel overall is worked. It probably was a great hotel 20 years ago. Our room carpet was nasty, the entire building needs a paint job, and the shower and bathroom walls were moldy. The lady working the front desk in the mornings was lovely; however, the man in the afternoon was horrible. He sat on the couch looking at his phone, and not once acknowledged us. Now, lets talk safety. We arrived back to the hotel later on one evening and were harassed by drug dealers and they (not just one, multiple) harassed us as we pounded on the locked door for them to let us in. The hotel locks the doors at night, and you literally need to knock on the glass for the front desk to let you in. Really? A 4-star hotel? The fake rating and 20-year-old photos tricked me. If we were staying more than 2 days, I would have found a new hotel. I travel abroad often, and this is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. I would not recommend this hotel or staying in this area. I could not wait to get out of there.

This hotel is not in a very nice location. Also, this hotel needs renovations. We had problems opening our door every time. Carpets are dirty and walls need painting. Bathrooms are old.

Not suitable for children cause near the station. Chaos and dirty around the area.

Convenient location and buffet breakfast is provided, however it is close to the termini and not very safe to walk around at night

Hôtel bien situé près du train et métro. Seulement a quelques minutes des sites historiques. Buffet déjeuner assez complet. Personnel au buffet très attentionné. Par contre le personnel à la réception complètement désintéressé, ne faisait aucu
