The neighbourhood was fantastic - close to Shimbashi and 10 minutes walk to Ginza. Great restaurants steps from the front door. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Candeo Hotel Tokyo Shimbashi. It was a fast and easy walk from Shimbashi Station, and there were many restaurants and konbini in the area Our room was typically small, but thoughtfully laid out to maximize space and comfort, well insulated and quiet, and we were provided a room on an upper floor, which we prefer. The men's and women's onsens on the top floor were very clean, offered plenty of facilities for cleansing prior to bathing and a sufficient number of lockers. All the staff we encountered were welcoming and helpful, especially the gentleman who supervised the excellent breakfast. We will definitely book here when we return to Tokyo and will recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues.

The public bath is small. I needed to install an app to use the laundromat.

Great location and good size rooms. Clean rooms and Skyspa was a lovely extra addition.

We stayed at Candeo Hotel Shinbashi as a family of five and booked two rooms since no family rooms are available. The rooms were decent, though the beds were small and a bit tricky with a child in between. The location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, the station, and within walking distance to Ginza. The only downside was the laundry facilities, small, costly, and inefficient. We had to run the dryer three times to get our clothes dry, and there were only two washers and dryers. Overall, a good hotel for convenience and exploring Tokyo, but families should be aware of the room and laundry limitations.
