what i like the most was the location of the hotel, just 10-15 minutes by walk from the tokyo station and the mitsubishi building. the room was pretty clean and the staff was very helpful. there's a lot of Seven Eleven near by, is very convenience for visitors. we have a good price for this property. the only thing that i noticed was the mattress did not have the plastic cover protector anti bed bugs. they should start using it.other than that we had a pleasant time staying in this hotel. i will come back again.

Very nice and helpful staff members, their English were exceptional and easy to follow. Amenities are top knotch, and frequently restocked. The hotel is situated in an accessible area, close to train stations and a Family Mart. Highly recommend to foreigners

Not sure who messed up but Expedia booked us in a smoking room. Local staff changed us to a different room that was smaller and the AC did not work. Our last night in Japan was plagued by heat and terrible ventilation. Toilet did not flush properly as well. I did appreciate how easily we could store our luggage before and after check in/out times.

Generic business hotel near Tokyo Station. Clean, small rooms. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. You pick up your own amenities in the lobby. Fine for a brief stay as you're near the train station, the loop line and many subway lines.

Room was a bit small, housekeeping was great (left towels when no cleaning was indicated). Washer/dryers were convenient and easy to use (would be nice if there were more machines. There are only 2 available). Staff were quick to remove any unclaimed laundry. Convenient location, would stay again!
