This hotel is relatively near the Tokyo train station and reasonably priced, but was not our favorite hotel during our stay by any means. It is somewhat basic and the beds are on the hard side. If you do go there, there is an excellent famous ramen shop nearby. It is clean, safe, and the staff tries to be helpful.

The hotel is really very accessible to many shopping areas and restaurants. Really love the bar that is across the street, beer is fresh and the staff are lovely - Gyobar. Nothing too fancy in the room but just an average japanese room that you get to sleep well and clean up well with a decent price. However, the room that I gotten had a really bad musty smell that we had to open the window to air it. I really hope that they will do a mass clean up to those room which had a smell. Amenities are very well stocked up with facial mask and etc. It was still a good hotel if not for that stench.

Vraiment très mauvaise expérience! Restes 5 nuits dans deux Sotetsu Fresa Inn différentes à Tokyo et la même chose: aucun nettoyage dans la chambre pendant la réservation, même pas les poubelles vidées, aucun changement des serviettes…très décevant!

First of all, the location was great. It is close to Tokyo Station, so I was able to get around conveniently during my trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was satisfied with the amenities. I highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is close to Toei asakusasen which runs directly from Haneda airport. Takaracho station is convenient to catch other subway lines. Also walking distance to Tokyo station and Hato bus tour stops.
