Good location, across from Toyama Station. Free breakfast was buffet with many choices for everyone. Room was spacious enough for 2.
Everything was clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the station.
There’s a 7-eleven downstairs and a good sushi restaurant attached.

the room was very clean, small by Australian standards but a good size for japan. The bathroom / shower was fantastic. The staff were great and the location was very convenient

Excellent all the way around! This is our 2nd time staying at DAIWA. We stayed at one in Aomori in 2019 and was very impressed! Love the breakfast great selection and unlike other hotels they didn’t cut back. We love the shower/bath combo set up especially! Rooms are good size. The only disappointment the washer and dryer was constantly BUSY! I managed to get one load done. It didn’t matter what time! I got done at 10pm. Other than that we highly recommend DAIWA, it’s worth it.

Super convenient location. Internet speed is very usable. Only 3 laundry units located on the 7th floor...pro tip, use the 3rd unit from the door. The other machines don't seem to dry particularly well with a normal load of clothes. However you can add up to 90min of dry time (100¥/30min). Might want to avoid the rooms next to the elevators too....you definitely hear the dinging.
