청소 상태는 좋았습니다 침대 매트리스도 괜찮았어요 한 가지 아쉬운 건 냄비가 없고. 국을 담을 수 있는 국그릇이 없어요. 그리고 인덕션 꼽는 콘센 트 위치가 애매해 가 찾기 힘들었어요

Good location, a lot of restaurants, coffees, and shops around within 1 min walking distance. Seems like the SPAZIO 3 only occupy 3 to 6 units (out of 33 units) all located on 2-6/F (11/F is the top). If you like higher floor with open sunshine, this is not the place for you. Overall, I'm satisfied with SPAZIO 3.

就係單人公寓咁嘅，双人床，人多可以有梳發床，有洗衣機，幾好，送埋獨立洗衣液。但係通知係日文，自己睇得明，冇問有冇其他語言，屋內有浸怪味，住咗一晚就有D喉嚨痛。 交通方面，距離地鐵有段距離。樓下有超市仔，周圍食肆都幾多，但係便利店少，要行比較遠先可以搵到便利店。

1 離天神南駛約10分鐘路程，1、2、3號出口有電梯或手扶梯比較方便帶行李移動，哪一個上來都可以，往屋台方向走即可。（1號出口同一側直走，看到楊國福麻辣燙右轉，這裡拉行李移動最方便；3號要過馬路到對面，2號忘記了） 2對面有一家24小時超商。 3去博多運河城出1樓大門，往右走的方向，路口左轉過橋直走，抵達！ 4附近很多餐廳 5房間空間真的大，2個登機箱+1個大行李箱打開完全ok！ 6浴室有抽風、暖房、乾燥功能 7吹風機是SALONIA 8冰箱大，有冷藏、冷凍。 9該有的餐具都有，只是沒有刀子、碗。 10有陽台，可以洗衣服，提供衣架5-7個吧 11 玄關小，2個人不能同時使用 12床、被子有些小 13有行李箱收納空間 14水壓、水溫不錯 15樓層走廊燈很暗 16入住、退房蠻順的，對方遠端連線 17一樓大門要快速按密碼，才能順利開門 18開車的朋友，附近有很多停車場，找找小路裡面的會比較便宜。 19 隔音差了些，夜深人靜時2樓可以聽到路上的聲音

위치도 좋고 가격도 착하지만 체크인하는데 시간이 좀 걸립니다 태블릿으로 체크인을 진행하는데 높이 조절이 안되는것같아 숙여서 진행을 하고 호스트와 영상통화도 해야합니다 앞에 다른 숙박객이 체크인을 진행한다면 굉장히 여유를 갖는것이 좋다고 생각합니다 나머지는 다 좋았습니다
