Los cuartos son perfectos y muy cómodos. La ubicación es excelente, a unos minutos de la estación de tren y de la parada del tram para el aeropuerto. El staff amigable. No hay una recepción propiamente pero puedes dejar las maletas en el pasillo sin problema al hacer el check out y regresar más tarde por ellas. Altamente recomendable!

The room was clean and check in instructions were easy and communicated clearly. We never interacted with staff directly but had no need to. The bunk beds are in the small side.

Well cleaned room and generally very nice, with helpful staff. The ladder for the bunkbed was too loose however, which the kids didn't like.

Great option for Florence close to the train station. There are a few flights of stairs (which was fine for us but may be an issue for someone with mobility issues). Everything is done via access codes and no contact. The entrance/staircase is a little older but the room was spotless, with a beautiful and modern bathroom.

We got to the hotel much earlier than expected, but the staff were able to let us keep our luggages with the hotel. The check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel room was really clean and they had good amenities. They had a well-working air conditioning, tv, and fridge. They also gave us free water bottles inside the fridge. The hotel was close to the train station and was very central. It was a walking distance to all the tourist spots in Florence. Overall, such a perfect stay and would definitely recommend. Would stay here again in the future if I come back to Florence!

Artemide guest house was well located. The room was very clean and modern. However, two major issues: the a/c didn’t work even though the room got hot. Apparently one can not put on ac till mid may. One could not open the window because the alarm would ring, and because there are lots of mosquitoes outside. The entry to the apartment on the ground floor just stinks. The area possibly has never been cleaned. Its a pity because the apartment itself is nice and modern and clean. Overall not a great experience.
