Great place to stay, highly recommended.

The staff were excellent. The location was convenient with the tariff reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable with parking at the door. However, the downsides are the advertised free wifi was absolutely useless. Unusable! During the week we stayed we had to use personal data. Further, taking a shower at morning peak time was impossible as the water pressure was virtually zero with only a miserly dribble. Outside peak hours the shower was average but ok. To entice you to dine at the restaurant the room lacks the usual kitchen, kitchen appliances and crockery. We asked for a toaster and extra crockery which were provided. Our room had a small caravan style fridge which was faulty. Although turned to the lowest setting, it froze everything. The place is average but ok, especially if on a budget, but for the downsides, we are unlikely to return.

Budget room so great price, however no plates or cutlery apart from 2 teaspoons. Television smallest one I've ever see.

Our stay was unfortunately not a great experience. The room amenities were very lacking — there was no kitchenette or basic facilities, only a kettle. This made the room feel quite poorly equipped compared with what we expected. The room also had a large window facing a main road but no curtain or proper covering, which meant there was very little privacy and a lot of light coming in. The shower was another major issue. The water temperature constantly fluctuated between boiling hot and freezing cold, making it very difficult to use. One morning there was no hot water coming from the tap at all, which meant we couldn’t shower. To make matters worse, at around 8am on Saturday morning a man was doing gardening right outside the room using loud electric power tools, which was very disruptive. Overall, the stay was quite disappointing due to the lack of amenities, poor shower, and noise early in the morning. Unfortunately, it didn’t provide a comfortable or relaxing experience.

Clean and tidy for a single night stay - parking outside the door so that was a bonus in appalling weather . Had an after hours check in via a lockbox with texted instructions - Worked fine and there was a dropbox for key return so we had no face to face with any staff .

Staff was very good and the room was nice and clean only thing that the shower was inside the bathtub which was very high for me to get in and out off otherwise it was a nice place
