・HOP INN Tokyo Ueno will collect the tax at the front desk upon check-in. Please note that the room rates do not include the accommodation tax.

ACCOMMODATION TAX: THE TAX IS CHARGED PER PERSON, PER NIGHT. JPY 100-200 per person, per night, based on the nightly room rate.

[Smoking policy] The hotel's public areas and all guest rooms are completely non-smoking. A cleaning fee of JPY 20,000 will be charged if smoking occurs in the room.

[Important Notice on Room Capacity] Recently, we have received many reservations exceeding the room capacity. Please kindly review your booking details to ensure accuracy.

・Superior Triple Room: 3 adults + 1 child *under 6 years old

*At HOP INN Tokyo Ueno, only in the Superior Triple Room, one child under 6 years old can stay with bed-sharing. For all other room types, children are not allowed to share beds with adults and are counted as adults, with the same rate applied.

* Our hotel does not accept guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of a room. If the number of guests exceeds the designated capacity, you will be required to book an additional room, or we may be unable to accommodate your stay.
