The room was very clean. Smaller room than expected but functional. Laundry facilities were nice to have on site but the dryer didn’t work well, other guests mentioned the same thing. The breakfast was very nice! Overall comfortable room and in a great location.

Great location in Ueno, Tokyo. Close to Akihabara and Asukasa either walking or one of many train stations near by. Restaurant at hotel has limited breakfast option but I had 3 different types all were delicious as well as the Katsu plate. Highly recommend

Great location. Rooms were very small which is normal to see in a big city in Asia. The amenities were perfect for our needs. The housekeeping service came every day and even if they couldn't access the room, still left a bag outside the door with fresh linens and water. The elevators had a very long wait during checkout time.

Really good hotel! Perfect location, short walking distance to Ueno Park, Ueno Station(for direct train to Narita Airport) and the famous shopping street. Check in was quick and easy, staff are all friendly and polite. Hotel is very clean and has all amenities needed.
I only feel a bit bad for the staff having to look after soo much luggage from the guests in such a small reception area. Maybe the staff need a seperate storage room to keep luggage’s in.

Its a great location located which is useful for hopping on trains close and reaching various attractions. The room is very small as expected. The staff were helpful and kind.

The hotel was pretty clean. The room was small as expected but the large king size was huge! It was actually two double bed. I was just puzzled why I could not get an extra bed sheet. After some back and forth, with the assistance from the front desk lady's handheld translation device, she said there was no extra bed sheet and she had to arrange it from another location. I thought it was too much trouble so just told her never mind.
I like the location of the hotel, very close to the subway station. It was very convenient.
Also there were PJs, slippers and toiletries in the room, very thoughtful for the travelers.
