Central location, close to train station, very convenient. Breakfast is also good with different varieties. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Convenient location and good sized rooms with smart technology like voice controls. Staff are helpful and courteous but unfortunately the property is showing some signs of wear.

Amazing spot to sleep but weird smell but overall awesome

The shower head really cannot make it, it’s more like a spray gun, I really don’t recommend the hotel. They claimed that we’ve strained the bed sheet & wanted to charge RMB 30, they just show me a very blur picture, I was not informed till I checked out. Anyway they’ve waived the penalty. The free drinks redemption can give a miss, the drink is tasteless!

Location: Very centric, convenient. Next to a metro station and a 5-minute walk to Dongmen Street. Breakfast: It's decent, not a huge variety but it's ok. The only recommendation that I have is to purchase food warming trays for the hot food as many items were on the cold side. Coffee is good, but they also give you some complimentary coffee/tea vouchers plus 3 coupons for 50% off on drinks to be used at the coffee shop in the lobby area. Laundry: Huge plus and it's complimentary! There are 3 "smart" washers (one doesn't need to add detergent to the load as it does so automatically), and 3 dryers. There is also a steamer/iron in the laundry room. Staff: The staff (from the top down) are fantastic and very customer-centric. They speak only Mandarin and some Cantonese, but they try their best to answer any question/query/request one may have by using a translation app. We met Alex (duty manager) by chance and he answered all our queries in a pleasant manner. I asked one of the staff to show me how to use the steamer and even when she didn't know much, she went to get someone who did to assist me. I requested a taxi to go to the airport the day before, and the taxi came on time. Those are a few examples of the great customer service we got during our stay. Clean room: Rooms are perhaps on the small side, but are clean and modern. There is an automatic night light which comes in handy when waking up in the middle of the night to use the toilet. We are impressed by this hotel that is well run by very young group of operation staffs. Not only the convenience of the great location, this is hotel is the best among all those we have stayed while we were in China. Breakfast is great with very good spread, good enough to even to skip lunch and afternoon break. Room was very well cleaned everytime we were back from outings. Thanks to the chamber maids. We will definitely recommend and come back to this hotel if we ever come to Shenzhen again.
