The setting is nice, lovely bushes around and quiet. Handy to shops just up the road. After declining the first two rooms we were shown the third room was good. Completely renovated, new kitchen, bathroom, paint, curtains, carpet, etc. Small and compact but clean and warm. Unfortunately the first two rooms we were shown were terrible and I feel they shouldn't be rented out until they are upgraded. Staff nice.

Room was clean and freshly painted but is quite old.
Staff were great and flexible with our late check in.
