I got scammed by hotel and Expedia. They didn’t have my reservations and I had paid the full amount in advance through Expedia. I need my refund and compensation for the trouble I had to go through during excruciatingly hot day. This hotel should not be on Expedia. The hotel access and entrance is dangerous for elderly and with small kids. Not safe. Looks like Expedia just advertise any hotel without knowing about the hotel. Staff told me that they don’t even work with Expedia.

The only way to enter the property is through a tunnel and you need the code to enter the property. That is my only complain. The view was spectacular, love that breakfast was included and it was inviting to stay outside on the balcony majority of the time. A true dive into Amalfi lifestyle without all the hassle of all the tourist bumping into you. Would recommend!

Very difficult to access when driving. Very hard to find access door. Very sketchy walk to town on road.

Just the bed is a little noisy

We came for a couples trip after getting engaged! Our room was amazing, be prepared for steps but what else would you expect, you’re on the Amalfi Coast! Breakfast was amazing each morning, and the view couldn’t be beat. The staff were incredibly friendly. My only drawback is that there was no up front guidance on how to find the “green door” which is the entrance to the hotel. We got to port after a long travel day and there was no way we would have been able to find that entrance. Google and Apple Maps instruct you to take a very high flight of stairs (difficult with luggage) to get to the address listed. After contacting the front desk, we received a WhatsApp with a video of going up a slanted road in a tunnel (you can easily walk up it but we did not know at the moment that it was a norm to do and safe!). We ended up stopping for lunch to try to figure it out and wasting time struggling to find the entrance.

Amazing stay! Excellent view, super friendly and helpful staff. Awesome location. We were worried that it was too close to the pier but it was perfect. Close to the square and ideal for catching a bus or ferry. If you’re active, check out “All Trails” for some amazing hikes in the area. Path of Gods and a waterfall one where you walk through hundreds of lemon trees. Totally recommend this accommodation- enjoy your trip!

Alessandro at check in was very helpful! We had a smooth stay. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was plentiful and brought to our room. Would recommend!
