What a gem! The place is beautiful inside with a really nice courtyard garden. The family was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location to walk from Milano Centrale train station, 8-10min easy walk and very easy access to the Metro to explore the city, 5min. Hosts were very helpful how to get around the city easily and had a map of the metro for you to take along and were willing to answer any questions. Extremely clean home/room; comfortable bed and very spacious. Excellent AC. Best and beautiful breakfast that we had in Italy. Highly recommend.

If we come back to Milan, this is definitely where we will stay. Conveniently located traditional B&B with spacious, clean, well-appointed rooms. and superior breakfast. What makes this place special is the family running it. Super helpful, friendly people who go out of their way to help you. They even woke up early to prepare a delicious to-go bag when we had to catch an early train. Oh, and there's a beautiful garden in the back. Who knew this place existed so close to the main train station? What a treasure.

excellent stay, the breakfast was always a wonderful way to start the day, the family "staff" are wonderful, friendly, and make sure you have everything you need. very close to the train station as well as subway, easy to get around

The whole place was just exactly what i needed. Lovely people, clean and central location. Breakfast was amazing. The welcome from the 2 dogs was lovely too. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely friendly and helpful host. Two gorgeous dogs at the guest house. It is a 10 minute walk to/from Milan central station where you can then travel to the main Milan sites. We arrived early and Flavia invited us in, gave us our room key and stored our luggage until the room was ready. The premises was exceptionally clean. Don't be put off by the bland front (we walked straight past it initially). Once in the door it is lovely. We had a great breakfast - fruit bowl, cereals, toast, pastries, orange juice and tea/coffee. I have nothing negative to say. Excellent value!!
