Hotel is excellent, rooms size are huge , excellent staff , bar is amazing . Very limited breakfast menu . Excellent location in Shinjuku . Amenities in room are top notch . Extremely hospitable and courteous staff .

This was one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in - and we have stayed in hotels all over the world! What stood out the most was the staff - they were exceptional. I would like to thank Rustam for helping me and providing a hot tea when I came inside after getting caught in heavy rains!
