The hotel was in a very nice location with easy access to the subway line. The lobby was good and the staff was helpful. The room was a little cramped with not enough place to move around and keep luggage. There were not enough electrical outles. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern.

Staff was professional and caring, my husband was sick, staff Assis was super helpful and friendly everytime when I ask for help! This was excellent experience I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel !

Nice hotel and room, but no “river view”, both sides are truly “city view” unless you stand on the bed and look down to a narrow canal. Probably better view from suites’ balconies. Could not try restaurant, reservations only, can’t reserve because it’s full. So we stayed in the lounge, restaurant stayed at least 60% empty. Sadly.

Excellent hotel with larger family rooms, friendly staff and great location. The breakfast buffet and lounge offer a good variety and high quality food. 5 washing + dryer machines for longer stays or families as well as an ice maker are a plus for longer stays. The hotel also has a deposit for recyclable clothes should one wish to leave some behind. Overall one of the best hotels in Fukuoka although I expect to pay a premium.

Great service and rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Good breakfast selection too and hotel location is ideal and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas. Will definitely be back!

Room was clean with a view of the city. Staff were friendly. Toiletries offered were awesome. Location is great, near the Canal City water shows. If I go back to Fukuoka, I would definitely stay here
