Awesome stay. Staff had left sweet treat and a card to welcome us for our special stay. Went over and above with early check in and check out. Room was lovely.

We had a room (229) right near the elevators and faced onto a main road which meant lots of noise from both traffic and other guests coming out of the elevators when we were trying to sleep at night (definitely not soundproofed windows or entry door). The feel and look of our room was lovely though and was exceptionally clean. The common areas of the hotel were clean and modern with QT quirks mixed in. The staff were lovely and helpful as with all QT hotels. The hotel is in a great location to walk to all the viaduct harbour restaurants.

The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. The hotel has a a very good atmosphere and the rooftop bar has a great outlook and is a pleasant place to meet up.

Very spacious room. We only stayed 6h for sleep so unable to use a lot of amenities except for what is inside the bathroom. Left our car for valet but nobody knew how to drive manual transmission so my brother ended up parking the car himself.
