Walking distance to Pompei entrance and the train to Naples and Sorrento. Also walkable to the new MaxiMall with two floors of stores. Restaurant on site was wonderful. Great staff! Delicious homemade cakes for breakfast.

The staff were amazing!

The restaurant offered delicious pasta even though they were closing. The room was clean, and the staff was welcoming. The mattress was firm and comfortable. The location was very convenient for visiting the Pompeii archaeological park. The breakfast selection was a bit limited.

Beautiful, peaceful near pompeii

Clean comfortable rooms, most seem to have terrace, which is a nice finish to the day/pre dinner drink! Good breakfast, freshly prepared, good coffee. Housekeeping is be a bit over zealous/OCD putting everything away, although keeps things tidy - frustratingly we had to go hunting for our things and nearly forgot some items that were put away in cupboards by staff - please leave guest items where they are! And concentrate on topping up toilet rolls - save having to request! WiFi in our room was weak/low bandwidth causing streaming issues - we measured WiFi strength in room (see photos for screoof results). Dogs allowed! Guest could bring dogs and we experienced persistent barking small dog that set off the barking of other dogs in neighbouring properties - annoying! If you don’t have transport you’re a bit away from other eating options if you don’t want the associated restaurants menu which has limited menu not offering snack/sandwich options; for example if you already eaten at lunch and want something light later in the evening - also menu not great for children. We also commented that food was cold (served on large cold plates), we fed this back at the time but was not acknowledged. I was a bit concerned to read google comments from a restaurant customer reference their car park break in, sept/2025. Although it did not affect us as we did not have car - it would have been of concern.

Shower head was not good in our room and also the water pressure was not good. The coffee cups were plastic. Otherwise, excellent location and stay..

Staff was very helpful and pleasant . Food was very good

I loved this place - the rooftop terrace gave fantastic views of Mt Vesuvio and Sorrento. The rooms were clean and decent sized. Great breakfast - good variety so there is something everyone would like. Walking distance to the ruins and to the mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Front desk staff was amazing and super helpful. Restaurant food was superb. Loved this place.
