Would highly recommend. The caves themselves were impressive and varied between huge caverns to low ceilings covered in stalactites, and the running river. The Grand tour was an adventure that involved scrambling, crawling and sliding, and traversing through through the river (getting wet up to chest-height). You needed to be agile and stable on your feet. I would recommend bringing a torch and headlamp, and shoes you don’t mind getting wet and dirty. —The tour took us about 4hrs, but allow extra time for commuting to lunch, showering and eating. We appreciated the shower. The lunch (vegan option) was very filling and delicious. —Our tour guide, Awa, from Riverbug Perak, was amazing. She was very friendly, and insightful about the history and geology of the caves. We felt safe with her. She demonstrated and gave instructions on how to navigate and climb the caves safely. —Terima Kasih!

Michelle, our guide was the best! She took care of us the entire time. The itinerary, places we’ll visit were well planned out. We were never rushed and every place we visited was explained to us well. We love you so so much Michelle! 💝💯💯💯See you again when we’re back in KL

The staff at Sunway Lost World of Tambun were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the petting zoo and the hot springs. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely visit again the next time we travel to Ipoh. Highly recommended!

Definetely will come again as my kids love it so much that they don't want to go home 😂. There is a lot of things to play and two hours of playing is definetely not enough haha.

Highly recommended. We'll definitely repeat our visit. The place is spacious, has a cafe, and an air-conditioned room for parents to wait while their children play. Very satisfied.

The staff are very helpful and nice, conversant in English, and skillful in the rapid waters. They provided nice snacks in the middle and the end of the activity. They also provided good service in terms of transport and were flexible in the drop off location when we had another itinerary after. The toilets for shower were very clean as well. 100% recommend!👍

our tour guides was nice and professional，picked us up right on time. the trekking was not very hard and the forest is amazing. saw two blooming rafflesia flowers and several bulbs. had lunch at nice place by the lake. amazing tour, highly recommend
