The place was clean, calm, and smelled amazing — the kind of scent that instantly tells you you’re about to unwind. My therapist was very professional and attentive, always checking if the pressure was okay. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and genuinely recharged. Highly recommend this spa if you’re looking for a place to rest and reset — truly worth it! 💆‍♀️✨

This was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The spa itself was beautiful, and we really enjoyed using the facilities—especially the steam room and Jacuzzi. We booked a two-hour massage, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I’ve tried many hotel spas, and this one stands out by far. The facilities are top-notch, and the customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Personalul a fost politicos, prietenos și foarte primitor, făcându-ne să ne simțim confortabil din momentul în care am ajuns. Mâncarea a fost delicioasă și mi-a plăcut în mod deosebit gustarea Sumaka – a fost o surpriză încântătoare! Grădina oferă o mulțime de opțiuni de piscine, iar eu m-am bucurat în mod special de saună și jacuzzi, care au fost perfecte, deoarece vremea a fost puțin mohorâtă în timpul vizitei noastre. În general, a fost o evadare relaxantă. Locul nu a fost aglomerat între orele 12:00 și 17:00, ceea ce l-a făcut și mai liniștit și mai plăcut. L-aș recomanda cu siguranță oricui caută un loc liniștit pentru a se relaxa.

This is one of the best Spa I’d ever been to. I arrived pretty early (opening hour) and it’s not busy yet. The atmosphere is very relaxing, calming. They will issue you your spa kit which consists of a large beach towel, face towel and the japanese robe. The jacuzzi, steam room and the onsen pools are all working. I wish I have more time but definitely it deserves 5 stars! i will come back
