Highly recommended! Our tour guide, Carson, was very kind and friendly. He proactively helped us take photos and recommended great sights and food. Plus, he speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, which made communication very easy! Carson's time management was excellent. All group members were punctual, and no one was late, making the trip very smooth! Kyushu Zoo... being able to enjoy the air conditioning on the tour bus while watching the animals was a real treat for my parents, haha! Yufuin is definitely worth visiting. Carson's recommendations for eel rice and croquettes were delicious. You absolutely must try them! It's a shame we only had two hours... not quite enough time to explore the entire Yunotsubo Street... I hope the next trip can be scheduled for three hours! I will definitely join again!

Amazing experience! Our tour guide, Emily-san, was very helpful and made the experience even better! I really appreciated how she would walk over to our seats to explain the information in English before translating it for the whole group in Chinese. Moreover, I initially thought that the African Safari might not meet my expectations, but it ended up being one of the best parts of the trip! The jungle buses were fully booked, so we went in on our tour bus instead, with safari music playing in the background. It was such a fun and unique experience! My friend also realized that she had left her phone in the restroom while we were on our way to Yufuin. Emily-san immediately contacted someone, and thankfully, the phone was found! Things could have turned out very differently, so we were really impressed by how quickly and calmly she handled the situation. Thank you, Emily-san, for making our trip such a wonderful and memorable experience! ❤️

Visiting the 7 Hells is definitely worth it. No guide is needed. Each hell has its own unique characteristic. You can collect stamps at each of the Hells, and best of all, you can enjoy a foot bath in several of them. It's worth dedicating a full day (about 6 hours). I started with the two more remote ones, then took a lunch break (Jigoku meguri is a typical dish), and then finished the other five, which are close to each other. Incredible!

Acest tur a fost foarte bun dacă iubiți animalele și doriți să le vedeți de aproape. Mi-a plăcut ghidul, Zhu Zhu a fost atât de drăguță și chiar dacă vorbea puțin engleză, a fost minunată și s-a asigurat că am putut ține pasul cu restul grupului. A fost atât de încântătoare și bună la suflet, m-a ajutat să comand mâncare de la toate magazinele și mi-a oferit umbrela ei și chiar și merele dulci. Recomand cu căldură acest traseu, veți vedea multe într-o singură zi!

Familia mea nu a putut avea un plan fix până în noaptea de 26 aprilie. Așa că am făcut o rezervare la ora 1 dimineața pe 27 aprilie, când eram deja prea somnoros, iar turul pe care voiam să-l facem era deja plin până pe 8 mai, în timp ce eu voiam să organizez un tur pe 28 aprilie. Apoi a trebuit să schimb cu un alt tur, într-o altă zi, pe 29 aprilie. Apoi m-am trezit tot foarte devreme pe 28 aprilie, pentru că în mintea mea era 28 aprilie. Dar într-o zi proastă am avut totuși noroc, pentru că am întâlnit un ghid turistic foarte drăguț - Ada. Ea m-a ajutat până când eu și familia mea am putut avea un loc în autobuz. Fără ea nu știu dacă aș fi putut face ceva pentru a-mi rearanja planul. Felicitări Adei! Apoi am întâlnit o altă fată drăguță, care stătea lângă mine într-un autobuz turistic. Ea este din Hong Kong și a vrut să facă o poză cu mine.

This was my first time participating in a one-day tour, and I'm so glad our guide, Li Jing, assisted us on this trip. The entire itinerary was smooth and seamless. Throughout the journey, our guide diligently explained Japanese customs, traditions, and the origins of geographical names to the group. At the Blood Pond Hell, she took group photos for each family, explained the reason behind the red water, and pointed out the best photo spots. At the zoo, although we couldn't participate in the feeding activity because the feeding cart slots were full, our guide specially arranged seating so that every family could see the scenery on both sides of the zoo. The matcha-like Mount Yufu and the fairytale-like Yufuin village left a deep impression!

The onsen eggs and pudding we tasted amidst the thick steam of Yufuin Umi Jigoku were such a delicacy that they made us forget the hot weather, and the dreamlike cobalt blue of Kamado Jigoku also left a deeper impression than expected. Next, we visited Kyushu Natural Zoological Park (African Safari), which, living up to its reputation as the largest in Japan, offered a special experience of encountering the most diverse and numerous wild animals I've ever seen, from lions, tigers, elephants, and giraffes to kangaroos, meerkats, and squirrel monkeys. Traveling along the safari road in a tour bus, we were able to observe the animals up close in their natural state, which was truly breathtaking. Afterward, we enjoyed the picturesque scenery of Lake Kinrin and then had an excellent meal at a soba restaurant highly recommended by our guide, which perfectly complemented the profound landscape. Strolling through the shopping street near the lake, tasting the famous Kinsho croquettes and honey ice cream, and exploring the charming streets also added to our simple pleasures. Undoubtedly, the highlight of this trip was meeting our guide, Lee Hyang-yong, who is fluent in both Chinese and Korean. Thanks to her excellent professionalism and passionate guidance, we enjoyed a perfect and fulfilling journey without a single flaw. Moreover, she also possessed exceptional photography skills, and we were fortunate enough to capture many precious "life shots" with my friends that we will cherish forever. I extend my sincere and deepest gratitude to guide Lee Hyang-yong, who not only provided thoughtful dinner recommendations that could be enjoyed in Fukuoka until the very end of the tour but also meticulously and kindly took care of every aspect of our trip from beginning to end.
