Excursii Hakone Ropeway

Serina was incredibly thoughtful. Our group came from various places, and only my companion and I, along with another gentleman, spoke Chinese. She would tell us in both Chinese and English where we were going next and where the famous photo spots were, even providing diagrams so we'd know how to get the best shots. Plus, Hakone was very crowded, and we were worried about getting lost. Sometimes, when the main group was ahead, and we got cut off by other groups, she would constantly turn back to check on us. Lastly, I really love Serina's voice; it's so pleasant and gentle. I highly recommend Serina, and I hope to have the chance to join her tour again next time I visit Japan.

Mandy a fost atât de amabilă și drăguță tot timpul! Aș face o nouă rezervare doar pentru ea! A fost informativă, de ajutor și mult mai mult! Nu eram sigur unde să fac rezervarea când căutam, dar dacă aveți îndoieli, cu siguranță alegeți aceasta! A fost superb! I-a pasat cu adevărat de experiența noastră și de a o face cât mai frumoasă.

Ne-am simțit minunat în turul Hakone & Muntele Fuji și îi mulțumim enorm ghidului nostru, Căpitanul Jack, pentru că a făcut întreaga călătorie atât de plăcută! A fost alături de noi pe tot parcursul călătoriei, asigurându-se că toată lumea se simte confortabil, se distrează și știe ce se întâmplă la fiecare oprire. Am vizitat frumosul Hakone, am mers în zona vulcanică unde am încercat faimoasele ouă negre, ne-am bucurat de peisajul din jurul Lacului Yamanaka și chiar am hrănit rațele. Am avut și o masă delicioasă cu anghilă japoneză, care a fost cu siguranță unul dintre punctele culminante ale zilei! Căpitanul Jack a fost prietenos, de ajutor, bine informat și a avut un simț al umorului excelent. Faptul că l-am avut alături pe tot parcursul călătoriei a făcut ca totul să pară ușor și relaxat. A depus eforturi considerabile pentru a se asigura că am avut o experiență memorabilă. Recomand cu căldură acest tur, mai ales dacă sunteți suficient de norocoși să-l aveți pe Căpitanul Jack drept ghid! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

interesting itinerary. Though been to Japan many time and prefecture, today places of interest is something new to me. Especially the Oshino Hakkai (village) is a beautiful place. Also Rachel our guide is good, clear in explanation and introducing the attraction. She is friendly and patience guide.

A fost o experiență minunată! Inițial, plănuiam să fac o excursie separată la Hakone și Muntele Fuji și am fost sincer încântat când am găsit un tur 2 în 1. Ghidul nostru (Jack) ne-a oferit o mulțime de informații interesante și sfaturi pentru călătoria noastră în Japonia și este foarte recomandat. O experiență minunată! Am văzut o mulțime de locuri superbe și am făcut foarte multe fotografii! Ghidul nostru, Luna, a fost extraordinară, ne-a ghidat pe tot parcursul excursiei și ne-a oferit multe informații interesante. Am reușit să facem totul și am putut vedea Muntele Fuji în ciuda vremii înnorate. Recomand cu siguranță!

Absolutely loved this tour! 🇯🇵✨ This was my first ever overseas trip, so I was a little nervous about travelling somewhere completely new. Booking this guided tour was one of the best decisions I made, it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. Our guide, Erik, was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, sharing so much interesting information about the places we visited and the history of the area. He was also approachable which made the whole day relaxed and enjoyable. Seeing Mount Fuji, exploring Hakone, experiencing the pirate ship on Lake Ashi, Owakudani and Oshino Hakkai made for such a memorable day. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and it was amazing to experience so much in one day. A huge thank you to Erik for making my first overseas tour such a positive and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially if it’s your first time visiting Japan! 🇯🇵❤️

We were lucky with the weather because we were able to see Mount Fuji completely and from various locations. Mandy gave us all the information about the places we visited and the best tips to make the most of them. She was also very thoughtful in offering to take photos with our phones, finding good angles for the lakes and Mount Fuji.

Thank you very much to the tour guide Allan. He did an excellent job during the day trip. I am glad to have experienced this wonderful journey. I will join another tour from this company called Go-Go Day Travel. Highly recommend it to everyone.
