• Buffet breakfast with lots to choose from.
• The room was pleasant, but the bathroom tended to hold water after a shower, leaving the floor constantly wet.
• walking distance to the food market specially the Kaosan night market with lots of local food.
• service was excellent, welcoming, and they always greet with a smile.
• very nice pool kids friendly!!

We returned for our second stay. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very pleasant, and the location is exceptional. The pool closes at 8 PM.

We had a great stay at Royal Rattanakosin Hotel! The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s walking distance to Khaosan Road and very convenient if you’re planning to visit the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun and other nearby attractions.
The hotel itself is a little old, but our stay was comfortable and convenient. The room was spacious, and we also enjoyed having a swimming pool after a long day of exploring Bangkok.
For the price and location, I think it’s a good option, especially if your itinerary is mostly around Bangkok Old Town and Khaosan.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for travelers looking for an affordable and conveniently located hotel in Bangkok. 🇹🇭❤️

1. A wonderful boutique riverside hotel; definitely book a riverside room. 2. The breakfast is thoughtfully prepared and varied. 3. Most guests were Westerners, with only our group of 10 being Asian, but the service was equally friendly.

Am stat recent la Kaya Heritage și am avut o experiență în mare parte pozitivă. Personalul a fost excepțional de amabil și primitor, depunând întotdeauna eforturi suplimentare pentru a ajuta. Unul dintre cele mai mari avantaje este serviciul convenabil de transfer la Spitalul Siriraj, care mi-a făcut naveta lipsită de stres și eficientă.
Deși atmosfera generală este fermecătoare, a existat o ușoară problemă de zgomot din cauza spațiului de sub ușa camerei de oaspeți. Cu toate acestea, calitatea serviciilor și locația strategică au compensat din plin. În general, este o alegere solidă pentru oricine are nevoie de acces facil la spital.

Personalul hotelului este prietenos. Am ajuns la hotel foarte devreme și mi-au permis să fac check-in mai devreme. Acest hotel este recomandat celor cărora le place să petreacă, locația este accesibilă la baruri/cluburi, locuri de mâncat etc. locația hotelului: 9/10 serviciu: 10/10
