În prezent suntem încă la bordul La Regina, dacă aș putea da 10 stele, aș face-o. Călătoria este PERFECTĂ pentru mine și soțul meu. Peter este foarte amabil și toată lumea ne tratează ca pe niște REGI. Peter se asigură că toate nevoile noastre rezonabile sunt îndeplinite. Nu-mi amintesc numele întregului personal, dar în ciuda oboselii vizibile, zâmbetele nu le părăsesc niciodată fețele. Peter a fost cu adevărat obosit aseară, dar a pus totuși oaspeții pe primul loc. În ceea ce privește itinerariul, a fost exact cât trebuie, nici prea obositor, nici prea plictisitor. Această croazieră și acest pachet sunt FOARTE RECOMANDATE, cu siguranță ne vom întoarce cu familia și prietenii.

Am făcut o croazieră de excepție pe ruta Golfului Bai Tu Long. Din cauza unui incident neprevăzut, era să fim redirecționați către ruta Golfului Ha Long, dar Alice de la Klook a depus toate eforturile, iar rezultatul a fost o călătorie minunată, care a depășit așteptările noastre. Ruta Golfului Bai Tu Long este foarte liniștită și calmă, iar barca, deși nu nouă, era frumoasă și bine întreținută, totul părea curat. Am fost singurii oaspeți japonezi și, deși nu vorbim fluent engleza, managerul navei a fost foarte amabil și atent, așa că nu ne-am simțit deloc neliniștiți. Mama mea în vârstă s-a bucurat și ea de plimbările cu canoea, de înot și de explorarea peșterilor. Mulțumiri lui Alice și întregului echipaj minunat! Recomand!

Călătoria a fost minunată! Personalul, mâncarea și cazarea au fost excelente. Singurul lucru pe care îl regretăm este că nu am stat 2 nopți. Vă mulțumim pentru o călătorie grozavă!

This was the perfect tour, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious experience in Ha Long Bay! My spouse and I participated, and it far exceeded our expectations, definitely a 5-star experience. First, we were impressed by the high quality of the morning transfer. The limousine van that picked us up was incredibly clean and tidy inside, with spacious seating that made the journey completely comfortable. Complimentary mineral water was also provided, showing great attention to detail. Upon boarding the ship, we were even more impressed by its beauty and spaciousness. Everywhere we looked was spotlessly clean, and the restrooms, which can often be a concern on international boats or tourist sites, were perfectly maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout our stay. The staff's hospitality was also wonderful; they were always smiling and provided polite service. The buffet lunch was also very satisfying. We were surprised to see fresh sushi and sashimi, and the baked cheese mussels were exquisite. All the other hot dishes and desserts were also of high quality. What was most outstanding, however, was the guide and the operational management. Ha Long Bay's tourist spots (caves, islands, etc.) were quite crowded with visitors from all over the world, but our guide's directions were precise, and there was absolutely no wasted waiting time or confusion. It was always clear "where we were going next and what we would be doing," and the entire schedule ran precisely on time, allowing us to focus on sightseeing stress-free from start to finish. From the comfortable transportation, the cleanliness of the ship and restrooms, the warm hospitality of the staff, and the delicious food, to the perfect time management, everything was impeccable. If you want to enjoy an elegant and reassuring Ha Long Bay cruise, you cannot go wrong with this tour. Thank you for the best memories!

Since my hotel didn't offer pickup, I decided to go to the Hanoi Opera House. It wasn't far from the hotel, so that was fine. The pickup vehicle arrived about 10 minutes later than the scheduled time. The bus wasn't a luxury one, but it was acceptable. Before reaching Ha Long Bay, we first stopped at a shop selling goods. There was no pressure to buy anything. I just bought a drink. The boat we boarded wasn't large, but it was quite impressive. The boat departed around 10:30 AM. A buffet lunch was served on board starting at 11:00 AM. The meal wasn't bad. Ha Long Bay is a beautiful marine park, and you can enjoy the stunning scenery from the boat. Many tour boats dotted the sea, which was also a spectacular sight. There's a basic option to visit a short sea cave by rowing boat, and also time to enjoy kayaking. Taking a speedboat is an optional extra for an additional fee. On the way back, there was a cooking class on board, but only locals participated. Overall, if you're not focused on enjoying the scenery, it could be a bit boring. However, it was a wonderful opportunity to fully appreciate the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay. The sea was calm, so there was no seasickness. On the bus ride back to Hanoi, we stopped at another shop selling goods. Again, there was no pressure to buy. The shops were selling items that could also be bought in Hanoi, but at higher prices. These shops need to change. They should offer products that can entice tourists to open their wallets, at prices that are appropriate. That way, sales would likely increase. I bought another drink this time too. Our guide never pressured us. The guide was friendly and dedicated to their job. The price of a Ha Long Bay tour seems to vary depending on the luxury level of the transportation and the boat. The tour I experienced today felt like a mid-range option. However, I was satisfied with the tour because of the guide's kindness. I'd like to thank Allen, our guide, who was with us all day!^^

Experiența generală a fost relaxantă, iar personalul este sincer amabil, cu bune abilități de comunicare în limba engleză. Jenny m-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie, la fel și întregul personal. Piscina a fost bună, mâncarea este bună. Experiența generală 9/10 și a fost joi, dar a fost rezervată cu peste 40 de pasageri la bord, deci nu a fost o experiență culinară de lux, dar a fost bună oricum.

Mulțumiri ghidului nostru: Johny Thuật! Suntem un grup cu trei persoane în vârstă de peste 70 de ani. Johnny a rămas cu noi tot timpul și ne-a oferit tot felul de ajutor. Mai ales când ne târam prin peșteră, a stat la capătul din spate tot timpul pentru a ne asigura siguranța. Îi suntem extrem de recunoscători. Este foarte drăguț și răbdător.
