You can use the self-service ticket machine (with Chinese language option) next to the lobby on the 9th floor to exchange tickets. The bathhouse only provides bar soap, and the hairdryer costs 200 Korean Won for 180 seconds of use. On the 8th floor, there's a food court (with self-order kiosks) and a public lounge area. The overall environment is very clean, and it wasn't crowded or noisy on the day I visited; it was very quiet.

we had a great experience. customer service is amazing. the place is a little bit hard to find, our GPS didn't work properly and the Uber driver dropped us off early, but luckily the staff was able to help us. it's across from Olive Young and next to a cold noodle shop and it's on the third floor. Baia de picioare se face stând întins, iar spatele primește și el masaj. Serviciul te face să vrei să revii. Kim, de la recepție, are o atitudine de serviciu de primă clasă, este super politicoasă și a oferit multe surprize plăcute. Foarte mulțumit.

După o săptămână de examene, un gomaj corporal și un masaj sunau extraordinar, iar Ulike nu m-a dezamăgit. Facilitate curată, personal super amabil și o experiență relaxantă! Punctul culminant al procedurii a fost cu siguranță șamponarea – aproape am adormit! După aceea, am simțit că, pe lângă pielea moartă, tot stresul meu a fost îndepărtat. I am so glad that I booked this experience. It was extremely relaxing. The staff was amazing and the lady who did my massage and facial was absolutely amazing.

Easy to find this place. Therapist was fantastic, she massage away lots of tension i had on my neck and shoulders with right amount of pressure without me feeling pain. But walls are thin, so you can hear voices from the next door. Lesser privacy. All in all a good experience as long as you are solely for massage therapy and less of the whole luxurious experience.

WOW what an experience! I would recommend this is anyone who needs TRUE self care! I did the basic course with the elasticity facial! I’m still trying to fathom all that just happened to me and WOW! never felt cleaner and smoother a day in my life. my face has been glowing for days head to toe!
