After purchase, you can make a reservation directly within the Klook app; buy and book on the go. The staff is very friendly. Due to a flight delay, I called them to request a time change. They agreed verbally, though they aren't very responsive to text messages. I recommend buying the simplest package; if you buy an upgraded package but end up choosing a simpler service on-site, they will not issue a refund. The nail technician was fast, meticulous, and very kind, and the environment was bright and comfortable.

O evadare minunată din orașul Ho Chi Minh pentru a fi mai aproape de natură. Am văzut copacii vechi de 400 de ani, crocodilii și am servit un prânz copios și minunat lângă lac. După-amiaza a fost petrecută pe lac, urmărind păsări și animale. Pregătiți-vă cu pantaloni lungi și încălțăminte adecvată pentru călătorie. Este o drumeție simplă, circulară, de 10 km pe teren plat în pădure. Pentru a ajunge la Cat Tien, este o călătorie de 3 ore și jumătate într-o mașină foarte confortabilă.

The experience is very professional and you get exactly what you're paying for and in my opinion you actually get more than what you pay for. It felt really relaxing and the massage is customised according to your liking. The duration is exactly what is described. I'm glad that this is my first massage but its quite a difficult hurdle to surpass this now hahah.
