Totul despre acest tur privat pentru 2 persoane de care am beneficiat a fost de top. De la șoferul nostru la ghidul din zonă, plus personalul și mahout-ul (îngrijitorul elefanților), toți au fost uimitori. Fiecare dintre ei are propria poveste de viață și mi-aș fi dorit să putem face mai mult pentru toți, dar nu putem oferi decât atât de mult. Vă mulțumim pentru această experiență minunată cu elefanții, de la pui la bunică.

Had an awesome time and learned many interesting things about the elephants. Waterfalls were amazing and beautiful.

The environment is quiet and pleasant, and the buffet food is quite good, with enthusiastic staff service. However, there were many mosquitoes and flies on-site, and the main cooling method was large electric fans, making it hot and buggy, which significantly impacted comfort. Additionally, the signage for the buffet dining area was insufficient; we had to ask four different staff members before confirming the correct restaurant location.
