We had an absolutely amazing time on our Great Ocean Road tour with Allan! He is a fantastic tour guide who really knows how to craft the perfect itinerary. Thanks to his smart schedule planning, we managed to beat the big tourist crowds at all the major spots, which made our experience so much more enjoyable and relaxing. Throughout the day, Allan was incredibly friendly, welcoming. He provided detailed and interesting explanations for every attraction, giving us a much deeper appreciation of the history. On top of his great guiding skills, he is an excellent driver. He drives very safely and efficiently, getting us to each destination smoothly without any wasted time. If you’re visiting the Margaret River region, Lake Cave is an absolute must-see. Tucked away beneath towering karri trees, this cave offers one of the most surreal underground experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we descended the 350 stairs into what’s called the “sunken forest,” it felt like stepping into another world. The guided tour was about an hour long and incredibly informative. Our guide was passionate and engaging, explaining how the cave was formed over millions of years and pointing out fascinating features like the “Suspended Table”—a massive calcite formation that appears to float just above the mirror-still lake. That lake, by the way, is mesmerizing. It reflects the stalactites and rock formations above so perfectly that it’s almost disorienting. You truly feel like you’re in a natural cathedral of crystal and silence.

O călătorie fantastică! Am fost întâmpinați de șoferul nostru, John. Este excepțional și amuzant. Prietenos și mereu vesel. A făcut ca întregul autobuz să se bucure de călătorie. Ora de preluare a fost devreme, dar a meritat. Călătorie lină. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult această excursie. Fiți atenți și respectați ora indicată de șoferul dumneavoastră. A trebuit să așteptăm o jumătate de oră în autobuz din cauza a două fete după schi. Ar fi bine dacă fiecare membru al autobuzului și-ar planifica bine timpul. Per total, John a făcut totul mai bun!! Mulțumim, John!!

Our minibus driver/tour guide was very accommodating and shared a lot of insights and fun facts about Sydney. The schedule was flexible and he moved the Three Sister to the afternoon because it was foggy in the morning. The package included tickets to the 3 main rides in Scenic World which was fun. We had enough time to go around, rest and relax. Pick-up and drop-off at the meeting point was hassle-free. Would definitely recommend this tour!

導遊Curtis非常熱情，一開始確實會覺得他比較多話說。但是後面亦會給你休息的時間。整個行程時間充足，完全不覺得趕急，只是有些客人可能要稍為遲到。蒸氣小火車的體驗，感覺很良好，想不到的是竟然坐了差不多45分鐘。大多數的紀念品個人認為都可以不需要購買，爭取時間影相看風景。另外去到觀看企鵝，想不到導遊看見我着短裙，關心我冷不冷，還貼心給了我暖包，本人是不怕冷的體質，馬上把暖包給了我怕冷的朋友。建議大家必須買豪華座位，因為當你看到他們上岸，然後再回去的整個過程。你跟他們完全差不多只是兩隻手掌的距離，非常值得。更驚喜的是滿天星星，景色在配企鵝真的是100分。非常感謝都有這次給我們的體驗。

Mașina ajunge chiar la ușă, nu este nevoie să iei autobuzul, este extrem de convenabil. Singurul regret este că în ziua în care am fost eu, s-a închis la 3:30, de obicei văd că se închide la 4:00.

行程超级合理而且很丰富的一次安排，九点出发不会很累，只要住在火车站附近就行，还能在酒店吃完早餐再出门。Joe人超级好，一直很有耐心，而且会帮助大家拍照，在小火车还帮我们拍了小视频，这种纪念对于我这种一个人出来旅行的特别友好。去巧克力庄园美美吃个冰淇淋，再去酒庄品鉴葡萄酒，去澳洲怎么能不喝葡萄酒！还摸到了一直很好奇的袋鼠，毛真的好舒服，而且有吃的他们真的很热情。也能看到考拉，比悉尼塔龙加看到的多。晚上再去看企鹅归巢，不过这个点稍微有点失望。可能离得太远了吧，发现和网上宣传差挺多。而且我感觉这个岛适合自驾住一晚，真的好舒服。

Great experience to see the Blue Mountains National Park. Saw the Sydney Zoo and enjoyed the Scenic World. Even the three sisters lookout is a perfect place to see the Blue Mountains. Worth the visit most especially if it's your first time in Sydney!
