Augustine este un ghid turistic foarte bun, ne-a prezentat istoria orașului Melbourne, detalii despre Great Ocean Road etc., de asemenea, ne-a oferit suficient timp pentru fotografii și pentru a sta la fiecare oprire. Recomand cu căldură tuturor celor care nu au vizitat niciodată Great Ocean Road să participe.

Our tour today was absolutely spectacular and one of the highlights of our entire trip! Everything was perfectly organized, with plenty of time at each stop to explore, shop, and take photos without ever feeling rushed. William, our tour guide, is a magician! He managed to drive, navigate, share fascinating information, and make the entire experience feel effortless. We were especially amazed when he helped us spot koalas and kangaroos in the wild, an unforgettable experience! What makes this tour extra special is avoiding the crowds. By leaving early and taking the reverse route, we stayed ahead of the large tour buses at nearly every stop. Believe me, it makes a HUGE difference! We highly recommend William and this tour. Thank you, William, for an incredible day and memories we will treasure forever!

We had such a wonderful and memorable GREAT OCEAN ROAD trip! Our guide and driver, Augustine, was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly in multiple languages, making the tour enjoyable and easy to understand for everyone. He was friendly, funny, patient, and very considerate of every passenger throughout the entire trip. You could really tell that he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great experience. We truly enjoyed the entire tour and would highly recommend it, especially with Augustine as your guide. Thank you, Augustine, for making our trip so enjoyable and memorable! 😊

The experience was great! We had lots of stops in the Great Ocean Road with ample time given in between stops. Enough to take photos of. Tony, our guide, was very patient and kind even though some of the tour joiners were always late.

I joined the Great Ocean Road tour with Go West Tours on 31 July and had an amazing day from start to finish. A huge thank you to our guide and driver, Aleks. She shared lots of interesting history, facts, and local insights that helped us better understand the places we visited. Her commentary was engaging and informative, but never overwhelming. She knew exactly when to explain things and when to give everyone some quiet time to relax, which made the long journey very comfortable. She is also an excellent driver. Despite spending the entire day on the road, the ride was smooth and I never felt uncomfortable. Aleks also knew all the best photo spots and kindly helped us take many beautiful photos throughout the trip. The whole tour was very well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. Overall, one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend Go West Tours, and a special thanks to Aleks for making the experience so memorable! 😊

Ghidul nostru, William Yuan, a fost foarte profesionist în a ne împărtăși istoria, noutățile și fapte interesante despre Melbourne, ajutându-ne să învățăm și să reținem mai multe despre oraș. Deși itinerariul a fost puțin grăbit din cauza sezonului de toamnă, am avut totuși o perioadă minunată în timpul turului de o zi.

Recomand cu siguranță pentru un tur de o zi pe Great Ocean Road. Augustine este foarte informat și amuzant. A prezentat istoria tuturor atracțiilor turistice și a glumit tot timpul, ceea ce a făcut călătoria foarte distractivă și deloc plictisitoare. Prețul este rezonabil, autobuzul este confortabil și curat. Sfaturile și gestionarea timpului sunt perfecte. Cel mai mult mi-a plăcut London Bridge (ultima oprire).

This reversed tour is well planned and we don't have to squeeze with many tourists and also avoided the afternoon sun. The tour is a little schedule packed but we managed to cover many places and lookouts. Also managed to spot Koalas. Thanks to our friendly guide Mark!

Tour is great, especially our guide, Stephen. It was amazing way to see the stadium without crowds though unfortunately since there are games at night, the lockers were off limits.
