Excursii Southeast Botanical Gardens

I really have to give a big shout-out to Director Mou and the driver on August 25th. That day was actually the eve of a typhoon, and many areas in the north had issued warnings and canceled their plans. Our central Japan itinerary, including the Kadena Air Base, also had its flight training canceled. We received storm warnings upon arriving in Nago and other areas. However, thanks to Director Mou's flexible arrangements and the warm cooperation of our handsome driver, all outdoor activities were scheduled for the morning. After noon, all activities were indoors, so we didn't feel the wind and rain as much and could enjoy shopping with peace of mind. This prevented the typhoon from ruining our trip, making it a very pleasant and wonderful memory. I highly recommend the dedication of this travel agency's staff! ♥️

Although I give this tour 5 star rating, with one caviat, we had some misunderstanding with tour guide in the morning, after addressing my concerns, later it was resolved. I would extend American Village by maybe half an hour, although we had an option to stay and later come back at our own expense. I believe hour and a half would be sufficient without being rushed, I wills cut short Cape by 15 mins and aquarium by another 15 mins. Otherwise bus was great, and I enjoyed the day.

The southern tour itinerary is very comfortable, and the distance between stops is much shorter than in the northern part, so there is almost enough time to explore everywhere. It is very easy to find the tour guide at the meeting point. Mr. Guan's explanations were friendly and interesting, helping us better understand local Okinawan culture. The glass-bottom boat costs an additional 2000 yen, but the underwater views are incredibly clear and well worth recommending. Shopping is a choice between the OUTLET and iias; choosing iias means slightly less shopping time in order to pick up the OUTLET group on the way back, but you get a good ice cream discount coupon. The DMM aquarium is next to iias, and discounted tickets are also available. Since there are many interactive activities inside, it is totally fine to separate from the group and stay longer to explore and play. However, Senagajima island next is truly beautiful with the sunset, and if you get tired of walking, you can soak in the free foot bath to relax.

The timing was perfect, and the meeting point was convenient (right at the Kokusai-dori Kencho-mae Station), which was very helpful for us since we weren't driving in Okinawa. Next time we visit Okinawa, we'll definitely choose other sightseeing bus routes.

Excursia a durat aproximativ o oră; vâslești de-a lungul mangrovei, deși totul se petrece chiar în oraș – ne așteptam să mergem puțin mai în interiorul uscatului. Totuși, excursia a fost foarte plăcută; ghidul explică multe pe parcurs și face fotografii, pe care le primești gratuit la sfârșit. Această excursie nu este pentru caiaciști experimentați, dar dacă nu ai experiență sau vrei doar să faci o plimbare plăcută cu caiacul, acesta este locul perfect pentru tine.

Love the kayak with guide Miku. He helped to take many beautiful photos for me & my son. It was an enjoyable activity. The sea fishing was also very fun. There were 5 groups on the boat, most of us managed to catch the fishes. Thank God we did not feel sea sick though it was very windy with occasional choppy waves. Highly recommend this activity if visiting Okinawa!

Cred că punctul culminant al acestei călătorii în Okinawa a fost turul cu caiacul la apus! Am fost deprimat pentru că a plouat trei zile la rând de când am ajuns în Okinawa, dar imediat ce am urcat în caiac, ploaia s-a oprit, a apărut un curcubeu dublu și a ieșit soarele :) Am fost cu adevărat fericit când am văzut apusul. Totuși, înainte de a ieși în mare, apa din zona de îmbarcare în caiac era foarte întunecată, așa că am ezitat să-mi bag picioarele în ea (se simțea ca o apă noroioasă). Oricum, pantofii/hainele se vor uda cu siguranță, așa că asigurați-vă că aveți șlapi și, dacă nu vă place să vă udați hainele, aduceți-vă neapărat o pelerină de ploaie! Recomand cu tărie caiacul într-o zi cu vreme bună 🙌🏻

Very nice one day trip, the driver came on time, he was very nice and helpfull and the English level was suficient to understand each other.The car traffic in Okinawa is very slow so be patient:).

We had a very satisfying experience! 🥳 A big thank you to our canoe guide, Musashi-san, for patiently explaining how to paddle, introducing us to the mangrove ecosystem, the trees, and the unique mudskippers and small crabs of the Hija River. 🙇‍♀️ *A little tip: Remember to wear quick-drying shorts when you come here, otherwise you'll get wet!* We had booked the 11 AM activity. When we arrived early, the staff used English flashcards to remind us to bring towels and valuables (if you forget a towel, you can buy one for 400 yen). Afterward, he prepared slippers and paddles for us. We first learned how to paddle forward and in different directions together on the shore before getting into the canoe. We followed the guide throughout the entire journey, exploring the Hija River mangrove ecosystem. If we encountered any difficulties along the way, the guide was happy to help and answer our questions. 😉✨ We'd love to come back again! 🧡🙋🏻‍♀️ We also highly recommend this to other tourists.
