Most Halong Bay cruises claim to be “5-star,” but very few actually deliver. This one genuinely does. From the moment we boarded, everything felt premium, the design of the cruise, the smooth operations and the calm, well organised atmosphere. The cruise stood out so much that people at the bay were stopping to take photos of it. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional and attentive, which made the entire experience completely stress free. The food was excellent, with a great buffet spread and well prepared meals throughout the journey. Activities were well planned and enjoyable. We booked the 2 days / 1 night option but after experiencing the cruise, I honestly wish we had chosen 3 days / 2 nights — that’s how good it was. A special thank you to the team for upgrading my suite to a premium room, which made the stay even more memorable. If you want a cruise that actually lives up to the 5-star label, this is the one. My day voyage on the cruise was the absolute highlight of our Vietnam trip and worth every single penny. From the moment we stepped into our pristine, modern suite with its breathtaking its views of the cruise, the attention to detail was flawless. The onboard amenities—especially the stunning infinity pool felt like a floating five-star resort rather than a standard boat, and the dining exceeded all expectations by beautifully blending local Vietnamese flavors with international cuisine. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the impeccable and warm service from the crew, who anticipated our every need and perfectly organized the kayaking and cave excursions so we could avoid the heavy tourist crowds.

Dont ever skip this trip it was very memorable foods are great, excellent service. The bus is nice & clean but our bus mate Indian people are smells bad odor in their underarm that make us cover our nose because of the crazy smell from them, I am sorry but please Indian people before we went for a joiner trip please use deodorant so that you cannot disturb other people. Using deodorant in our body is also a sign of respect to others.

Croaziera Diamond Era a fost o experiență minunată de la început până la sfârșit. Ne-am simțit foarte bine îngrijiți de ghidul nostru de preluare, șoferul autobuzului turistic și ghidul croazierei, Tom! Golful este cu adevărat frumos, iar personalul de serviciu atent face ca experiența să fie relaxantă și de neuitat. Recomand cu căldură acest tur.

Recomandăm cu căldură Croaziera Dolphin Ha Long. Un tratament absolut de 5 stele – am fost tratați ca niște regi de către tot personalul – dar mai ales de Chris, Andre și omul nostru Jack (nu-l lăsați să plece) – Ghidul turistic uimitor al familiei Jack. Bufetul a fost enorm – varietate pentru toată lumea. Mâncarea a fost proaspătă, frumos prezentată și delicioasă. Excursiile au fost bine organizate, iar peisajul excepțional. În cele din urmă, această navă de croazieră este pur și simplu luxoasă. Am avut cea mai bună zi – mulțumim întregului personal.

We loved everything about this cruise and would highly recommend it to our friends and family! It was our first time in Vietnam and the hospitality from the cruise staff was amazing! Special shout to Alice and Louis for taking care of us during this trip! The room was clean, modern and had all the amenities. Food was always amazing and the excursions and activities were top notch as well! Do not hesitate to book a cruise to Halong Bay with Grand Pioneers!

Am fost într-o călătorie în decembrie, am luat pentru 2 zile, totul ne-a plăcut foarte mult, singurul lucru a fost că la excursii erau foarte mulți oameni, dar asta nu are legătură cu operatorul. Cabinele sunt superbe, nu te ia răul de mare, seara ca divertisment este karaoke. Singurul lucru pe care l-am regretat a fost că nu am luat pentru 3 zile și 3 nopți.

I had booked two rooms, an oriental cabin and century cabin. Originally I had booked the oriental cabin as I wanted a bathtub with ocean view. I was given 2 century rooms. I requested for a refund from Klook for the difference in the rooms and was provided the refund. We had a vegetarian in the group and the cruise was very accommodating with their meals providing good dishes for every meal. the other members of our group also enjoyed their meals and buffet style food was also very good quality. We especially liked the traditional Vietnamese band that played during the dinner. The locations we visited were a little crowded but definitely worth visiting.
