Hoteluri lângă Osu Kannon

The location is great. It's close to the subway station, Sakae, Nagoya Castle, and Mirai Tower, all within walking distance. The room condition is excellent. The public bath is also clean and helps relieve travel fatigue. It's great.

The hotel's location is perfect, a shopping paradise! It's across from Alpennagoya Sports Mall, next to Starbucks, and in front of Pargo Department Store. I was surprised by how clean and spacious the room was, and the bathtub was great too. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke Korean very well. I'm 100% satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and service. There were many Chinese guests, probably because they know it's a great value for money :)

excellent location, ichran ramen just downstairs. highly recommended

It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel is incredibly close to the meeting points for both the one-day and three-day tours. Also, because the train station is very large (you might have to walk 500 meters inside), and the hotel is exceptionally close to the station exit, it doesn't feel like you're walking over a kilometer. We didn't have breakfast included, so I can't comment on that. There's no public bath for soaking. However, the queen-size (6-foot) double bed in the room is very large, which is rare in Japan, making it perfect for two adults and one child. Amenities and a microwave are located on the first floor. Next door, there's a Furaibo chain chicken wing restaurant and Raikyo Ramen. Menya Shishimaru is a 650m walk away (conveniently located on the Taiko-dori exit side).

nice but ventilation is poor . near in all like restaurants and everything. Will book again

Pros 1. Amenities are available in the lobby for self-service. 2. Hot and cold drinking water is available on the first floor. 3. Happy Hour from 6 PM to 8 PM includes one complimentary drink. 4. The stay is affordable, and the breakfast offers great value; it's recommended to add it on, even for an additional ¥800–900. Breakfast is varied and slightly different each day, including coffee, tea, soda, juice, milk, cereal, bread, fried items, green salad, chicken skewers, potato stew, and curry rice. One day featured eel rice, and for two consecutive days, my favorite minced salmon, tuna, and squid rice was available. 5. Daikoku Drugstore is directly across the street, making shopping convenient. --- Cons 1. There is no digital TV, so YouTube cannot be watched. 2. Skincare products (toner, lotion) are not provided in the first-floor public bath; guests need to bring them from the lobby. 3. The 15-square-meter room has a relatively large 5-foot (160x200 cm) bed, which feels spacious, but for two adults and one child, a 6-foot bed would be more comfortable. --- Location Nagoya Station itself is quite large, requiring a walk of about 500m, and the hotel is also a distance from the Sakuradori Exit, making it feel somewhat remote.

The location is in the Chunichi Building, the newest landmark in Nagoya's central Sakae district. It's very convenient, directly connected to the subway exit via underground passages 21-22. The lobby is on the 24th floor, offering excellent panoramic views. The room number and floor will be provided upon check-in. Downstairs, you'll find Blue Bottle Coffee, Hisaya-odori Park, and Don Quijote, perfect for shopping until you drop. For a late-night snack, you can walk to Sekai no Yamachan for takeout chicken wings. If you enjoy night photography, head straight down to the 7th-floor sky deck for fantastic shots of the Chubu Electric Power Tower and Oasis 21's 'Spaceship-Aqua' within a 10-minute walk. Highly recommended if you like these features.

What impressed me most about my stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Taiko-dori Side was its excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk from the Taiko-dori exit of the station, which is incredibly convenient for travelers with large luggage or those arriving by Shinkansen. The hotel maintains the brand's consistently high standards, with clean rooms and a cleverly designed layout. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom significantly enhance the quality of the stay. There's a convenience store downstairs and numerous restaurants nearby, making the amenities impeccable. Given its convenience and comfort at a transportation hub, the price is quite reasonable, making it a top choice for business and leisure travelers seeking great value and an efficient itinerary.
