Turul în sine a fost foarte bun. Cred că a fost o idee bună să-l rezervăm, deoarece nu este un loc unde am fi putut ajunge singuri. Singurul lucru dezamăgitor a fost că a fost dificil să ne dăm seama unde să mergem după check-in și până la urcarea în autobuz, iar eu și soțul meu am ajuns să stăm separat.

I also went on a tour of Teotihuacan in Mexico! This tour was a huge success, thanks to our guide, Ara. The magnificent pyramids were impressive, but what made the tour truly enjoyable for both my eyes and ears was how beautiful and kind Ara was. 🥰 Her explanations of the ancient civilization were incredibly clear and engaging, but what touched me most was her photography skills! She expertly found the best spots where the pyramids were perfectly framed and took amazing, once-in-a-lifetime photos for us. After the tour, I was genuinely moved to find that Ara had even thoughtfully created beautiful commemorative photos (life-shot photos) for us. For anyone planning to visit Teotihuacan, I wholeheartedly recommend Ara as your guide!

Booked this Chichen Itza tour from Cancun and had a great experience overall. Pickup was at 5:15 AM, and the van was comfortable enough to nap during the 2-hr drive. One of the highlights was arriving early at Chichen Itza before the crowds. Our guide, Kevin, was knowledgeable and shared fascinating insights about Mayan history, while our driver, Razel, made the journey smooth and comfortable. After Chichen Itza, we stopped at a cenote for swimming, lunch, and tequila tasting. The cenote and tequila tasting were enjoyable, but the buffet lunch was disappointing and below average. The final stop was Valladolid, a charming town and a nice addition to the itinerary. We returned to our hotel around 6:00 PM. It’s a full 12-hr day, but well worth it for anyone wanting to learn about Mayan civilization and visit one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

Despite it being the day before, I was able to book immediately, and the agent quickly contacted me via email and WhatsApp. This gave me a sense of security. On the day of the event, I also received a confirmation email, allowing for smooth entry. Thank you.

It was an amazing experience! The view was so beautiful. I loved seeing all the hot air balloons and the pyramids. The tour guide was also very friendly and explained everything very well. I definitely recommend this experience to everyone.

We had a great morning with Lisbeth. The trip was exactly as we had hoped. Lisbeth is extremely knowledgeable about Mexican history and current events.

Patricia was an excellent tour guide — very knowledgeable, engaging, and she created a fun atmosphere throughout the trip. Jesus was also a great driver: smooth driving and made everyone feel safe and comfortable. There were a few extra sales stops/optional shopping activities, but they didn’t significantly affect the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend booking a tour here!

My experience with the Xochimilco trajineras was amazing. I absolutely loved the atmosphere—there was music, games, dancing, tequila, tacos, sweets, and so much more. It was such a fun and lively experience, and it was definitely worth it. I would 100% go back again. What I appreciated the most was the great communication and service. We arrived about 15 minutes late, but Omar, the guide who gave us the tour, stayed in touch with us and kindly waited. That really made a difference and showed excellent customer service. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend it!

The meeting time was almost exactly on time. The bus was spacious and the driving was safe, so I felt secure. Entrance to Chichen Itza was smooth, so I enjoyed it without stress. The guide was also kind.

Jonathan was an amazing guide with tremendous historical knowledge of the history of Mexico. He made sure to inform us of the schedule and we were on time for everything on the schedule. Amazing tour, highly recommended!!

Alex was the most fabulous guide. So knowledgeable and he seamlessly moved between English and Spanish in his commentary. He also had a great sense of humour!
