We are a group of five senior friends who traveled to Chengdu and Chongqing. Klook travel designer Charley meticulously customized our itinerary, arranging everything according to our interests and abilities, making the overall trip rich in content and comfortable. The local tour teams in both cities were also very professional. Each day, they provided advance weather reminders, allowing us to prepare appropriate attire. Both drivers had excellent driving attitudes, ensuring safety and attentiveness, providing us with several comfortable long-distance travel experiences. Thank you all! The tour guides were also professional and attentive. Nancy in Chengdu and Xiao K in Chongqing gave us in-depth introductions to the local culture, history, customs, and unique attractions of each scenic spot, giving us a vivid sense of both cities and their human history. Thank you again for your care! Overall, the Klook team was very thoughtful in all aspects. Their professional service and enthusiastic attitude brought us unforgettable and joyful experiences during our 9-day trip.

My wife and I enjoyed our 2 day tour with our tour guide Hu Jie very much. We saw a lot of Emei Mountain and Leshan Buddha. The food was good and plenty. The small group is excellent. We recommend this tour to others. Hu Jie was very kind to help us during the tour and with translation using app as we understand very little Mandarin.

Hotel pick up early in the morning 6am. drop us at common gathering location until 8am. Then, we joined a bus tour with around 30 pax. The condition of the bus is run down and way worst than public buses. Tour guide 鲜海 is ok. He did a good job to explain everything to us. but recommend him to put the meeting time and schedule in WeChat which is easier to understand. To walk around leshan Buddha is a better choice than taking a cruise. we went down to the foot and had a good view of leshan Buddha. 4 diamond hotel is good. meal arrangement is ok.

5 stars for the organization! The drivers and guides were incredibly punctual and thoughtful. Loved the balance of guided activity and free time. Even though the fog was thick and the monkeys were hiding, the team's energy kept the vibe high. Highly recommend.

Had a good experience touring with 小林. She was friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The arrangements were well organized, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
She was patient and helpful whenever assistance was needed, making the journey comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I appreciate her efforts in ensuring the trip went well. Thank you, 小林! We reached back at Chengdu quite late like 9 plus.

I went with my 6-year-old and my 65-year-old mother, and honestly, the bus tour was quite manageable for everyone. In June, there are many steps to climb at Leshan Giant Buddha, but it's fine if you take your time. If you don't want to climb, you can tell the tour guide and wait below. At Huanglongxi Ancient Town, my child couldn't resist the water; the stream was very cool, so remember to bring an extra set of clothes.

The overall experience was enjoyable. Lunch was provided and the food quality was good too. I had a good time exploring Leshan and visiting Huanglongxi, the ancient water town. I only wish we had more time to explore Huanglongxi, it has many well preserved old buildings, absoluyelu love the place.

It was a lovely day, that enabled me to see two places in one tour. My guide Pax took me around the Panda Base, it is huge so it’s ideal having a guide to help you. Then we went to Leshan, which was beautiful and well worth the drive. It’s a long day but I would highly recommend :)

Fun and exciting trip! Lots of walking and hiking. Being able to speak Putonghua is an advantage. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
