Overall the speed boat ride was efficient and on time. No proper signage to indicate booking by Klook to proceed to which office. Notice other speed boat rides have cushion on their seats. This one no cushion for both departing and arriving.

Our driver was very kind to let us stop en route for a short 5-10 minutes to grab some fresh produce from Cameron Highlands. He was also very kind to have driven us around Ipoh to show us various key eateries and familiarise us with our area before reaching our hotel. Much appreciated - top notch service!
