An amazing experience from start to finish. The entire crew was friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everyone had a great day. As non-native English speakers, we particularly appreciated how they made sure we understood all instructions and explanations throughout the trip. Our group included families with children as well as older travellers, and the crew handled everyone's needs perfectly. The snorkelling at both locations was incredible, and the time allocated at Whitehaven Beach lookout and on the beach itself was just right. A special mention goes to Eli and the skipper, who helped make the experience unforgettable. One piece of advice for future visitors: bring a jacket and a towel to keep warm during the boat ride!

The staff throughout the entire trip provided very attentive service. The experience was fantastic. My friend and I don't speak English well, but they were more concerned about our snorkeling situation and whether we understood the safety briefing. The trip was fun and enjoyable.

The itinerary was well-planned, and the food was plentiful. Because of the rain, the staff thoughtfully prepared waterproof backpacks. It's just a shame that the weather was so bad; we didn't get to experience the beauty of Whitehaven Beach.

The scenic flight was the best choice for this tour. We traveled from Sydney for it, and it was the best hour. It's truly so beautiful. The boat tour was also long, and the route was enjoyable. However, we did the boat tour on a cloudy day, so the views for snorkeling and the walking trail were a bit disappointing. If it's raining or cloudy on your booked date, I recommend quickly changing your reservation date two days in advance. We had requested a date change in advance because we thought the scenic flight tour would be difficult due to strong winds and rain, but we received no response. Ultimately, we were notified on the day of the tour that the scenic flight was canceled. However, we were surprised to be told that neither a schedule change nor a refund was possible. I definitely recommend doing this on a clear day. Somehow, we managed to do both, and the tour was truly excellent. After the tour, if you relax on a mat or swim at Airlie Beach and then have dinner and drinks at a beachside bar, you'll have an absolutely perfect day.

The wind pressure was breathtaking! Roy got me to my goal safely and enjoyably with his excellent skills. I understand the 40,000 yen flight cost, but isn't 20,000 yen for the video a bit expensive?!

Being able to lie on the boat, on the deck all day! Listening to music, enjoying delicious food, relaxing on the boat, and also snorkeling on a beautiful island where we saw sea turtles! Most importantly, our guides Claudia and Natalia kept everyone's spirits high throughout the entire trip!
