it was fuss free to book via klook.. since it is the sch holidays, it was very packed but they crowd controlled it very well.. they staggered the timing.. we jusg had to wait for 30min before they admit us in.. usually if it is not crowded, no waiting time allocated..

Located inside the Toys R Us in Jewel, booking through Klook was super easy and convenient. There were hardly any other kids on a Monday morning, making the visit a rather pleasant one. A 1 hour visit is probably enough to kill some time with the kids as it's not very huge.

Used the Klook app to book Kidztopia tickets for my kids and the whole process was super easy and fuss-free. Just purchased the tickets directly on the app, then redeemed them at the counter for physical wristbands. No long queues or complications, super convenient. Staff there were very friendly and welcoming to the kids.
