Not crowded on a weekday :) Even though I heard this branch is smaller than others, I felt it was just right for my 2-year-old. There's a good variety of activities that kept him engaged and he enjoyed the 'supermarket' room the most. Premise is clean and the halloween-themed music playing was fun (even included throwbacks to my childhood cartoons, like the Ghostbusters and MIB theme songs!). Would consider visiting again~

my toddler loves coming here. easy access to waterway point. take note that it's at the back near to Gyu Kaku. bought a set of 10 passes that can last for up to a year. quite worth it as compared to walk in rates. playground has different zones to keep the kid entertained. our favourite is the "sand pit" where he can climb up to take the curve slide down. 1 hour is just right for a toddler. weekends can be quite crowded.

Its a great deal to get the 1 for 1 package. super worth it! voucher was immediately in my app and my email. super convenient! so lucky to meet the mascot. the gift shop sells some toys that my son loves too!

Always good for a playdate with friends. The children enjoyed themselves immensely and despite not being a big playground, there is enough things for them to be entertained for 2hrs.

Purchasing the ticket was quick and easy. Kiztopia Club is quaint but perfect and sufficient for a 2hr play. I truly appreciate how the place is well maintained and clean. The use of lockers is free. They have a vending machine if you get thirsty. Drinks are $2.50 each with cashless payment only.

easy to purchase & redeem at kiztopia. the outlet at Punggol is just nice for a 2 hours play. there is a ball pit, wooden bits pit, and some play areas. my son had lots of fun during the 2 hours.
