Adrian is very polite, patient and helpful in all aspects: itinerary scheduling/rescheduling, recommendations for places to eat/visit/take photos...etc.

the driver arrive early n very polite n helpful. he collect the car and drive to us so that we do not need to walk under rain to board the car.

good. driver was very nice & car was very clean. happy with the service. we even booked a car back to ferry directly from them @ 450k for 4pax! we even had during on our way back as we requested!

company service is good my driver Mr Ibin was friendly and helpful. due to one hour departure delay Ibin patiently waited until my arrival car was nice clean and comfortable driving was good and he recommend me a nice place for lunch before checking in to hotel I request him to be my driver for my on coming booking tour traveling Bintan and driver Ibin highly reconmmed

Mr. suhar is always efficient.. I didn't get this service at the date I'm supposed to be catered because of departure time changes at the last moment. and Understand the policy.. this not refundable so didn't get my money back. but what is the good thing in got the operator contact and deal with him for car charter around bintan whenever I needed with a reasonable and negotiable price.
