Rimiko took me to some of the best sights of Kanazawa. The large amounts of information and history she shared with me were quite valuable to help take in all the sites around town. I would 100% recommend this tour. it was nice as well that the tour was focussed on my interest, so getting to eat local snacks was for sure a highlight. ❤️ oh and she made my wish of seeing one of the last remaining Sakura’s come true!
We had a great tour with our guide Jorge who really wanted to make sure that we got to see some of the sights of Kanazawa that the normal tour groups do not go to and places that we would never have discovered on our own. We got to see some of the temples and shrines that are off the beaten path but were also extremely special. Even on the geisha district he showed us places that were not well know.
Here’s a polished version you could post as a review: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful private walking tour in Kanazawa with our guide, Akari. The experience felt truly personalised and we loved being able to shape the tour around our interests. Akari was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and such a delight to spend time with; her eagerness to share insights and answer our questions really deepened our understanding of the culture and sights. Having that context made everything so much more meaningful. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kanazawa!
a fun tour that covered a lot of ground. Katie and as fast on her feet and had good prior communications to ensure I saw what I wanted
Awesome tour!! we did really enjoy our private off the beaten paths journey with Jorge! We saw so many places we would usually never found 😍 Thank you!!
Akari was our private tour guide in Kanazawa. She was wonderful and very helpful. We asked to go through a specific Samurai house and she added it to our itinerary and shared many interesting things about the history with us. She was patient and great with our 14 and 10 year old children. We also asked for many recommendations and she was able to help us. Thank you very much for accommodating us!
Mo was such a good guide to be around! Helps that he lived in Sydney and got our Aussie sense of humour. He showed us spots around the popular areas tourists wouldn’t think to visit. Thumbs up all around.
