Our guide and porters were extremely professional. They prepared plenty of food, hot water, sleeping bags, tents, and many equipment for us. The guide was also an excellent cook — we enjoyed delicious curry at the campsite while taking in the stunning views. The sunrise and sunset were breathtakingly beautiful. The guide took great care of everyone throughout the journey, and even on the steepest terrain, we never had to worry. It was truly a worthwhile trekking experience.

The team took such good care of us from start to finish — super friendly, patient, and encouraging throughout the hike. The guides really knew the trails and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable, even on the steep parts.

It was an amazing tour! Your guide, Awil, was incredibly helpful — truly the best guide I’ve ever met. Trekking on Mount Rinjani is not easy at all — the trail is steep and extremely exhausting. Without Awil, I don’t think I would have made it to the summit. The food provided on the tour was excellent — there were fruits, snacks, and soft drinks every day. On the night we stayed by the lake, the porters even went fishing and brought us fresh fish — it was such a sweet gesture. The transportation service was punctual and reliable, and the admin team who answered our chats were also very helpful and informative.

It was amazing to have Andrew accompanying and guiding. Without him, we cannot finish the summit for sure! Me and my friend were relatively weak and easily-tired trekker, but he was so patient and always followed our pace. The route was so flexible that they can be changed accordingly to your ability. We enjoyed two nights at the base camp with a full sky of stars. I have so much respect to the porters who worked very hard to prepare all the equipment and tasty food! Never a hungry moment for us😂We enjoyed a lot throughout the whole journey. It was a bit hard for us but it was really a memorable experience.

Such a rewarding, challenging yet pleasant experience with the super organized operator Parman (who has 7 years guide experience), our attentive and professional guide Aman and two very hardworking porters who are also our cook. Everything was taken care of from the moment we started from our hotel, transportation, trekking brief, delicious food, clean and durable tent, most importantly guiding us with the level of pace and challenge we needed, not too fast or slow with the right amount of rest. The entire 3-day trekking is full of beautiful views every single moment, formation of the mountains from volcanic eruptions makes the landscape everything but boring, making it to the summit was just the cherry on the top. Not to mention that we also had the chance to see sunset and sunrise, the impressive milky way of stars. All you need is good level of fitness, would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing return to awe the nature.

overall is good. they provided good arrangement and take care all the stuff you need. The guide is really good, without the guide we really cannot climb to the summit and downhill. just the home stay they provided before trekking is a bit far from my expectation. it is not clean and like a motel so we need to pay extra charge to book another one. otherwise everything is good and the service is good also

Everything about the activity was very smooth. Operator was really friendly, responsive and accommodating. Guide and porters were fit and nice too. The food prepared on the hike was amazing, it made the difficult climb less painful. Would definitely recommend going with Klook!
