I had a truly lovely experience here! The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The massage itself was absolutely wonderful—so relaxing and exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful experience, the ambience, the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, the facilities, the amenities, and the delicious food and drink. So much so that I recommended it to my friend and helped reserve a slot for her treatment immediately. Will definitely return the next time I’m in Bangkok. Bee was great!

very classy place. has a very relaxing vibe. what I like most about this onsen is that it has windows with a view so you won’t feel claustrophobic.

温泉3種類(ソーダ、草津、箱根)、ジャグジー、ドライサウナ、ミストサウナ(タイハーブの香りあり)を楽しめます。 アカスリでは途中シャンプーとトリートメントをしてもらえますが、髪がとてもしっとりしました(温泉フロアに置いてあるものと同じプロダクトか確認するのを忘れてしまいました)。身体もツルツルになり満足です！ ただ、アカスリタオルはしっかり目のもの(韓国のように選択肢なし)なので肌が弱い方はお勧めできません。 リラクゼーションルームは寒いですが、大きめバスタオルが用意されているのでそれをかけていれば大丈夫です。 カフェご飯もおいしかったです。

Panpuri 是我在泰國的第一名，不管是手法或是精油，香氛都是我最喜歡，而且質感最好的一間。如果你已經按過非常多間，我真心推薦PANPURI, 而且他們越來越進步，每一個小細節都非常到位。

super relaxing and high-class serviced. This is the 2nd time I get onsen experience in Bangkok, 1st one is Let's Relax, 2nd one is Panpuri. Although the ticket I booked is public onsen day pass but it's almost private because there're only 4-5 people during my session. The best part is that I have unlimited time to enjoy this experience. The only minus point is that I have to wait nearly precise 10a.m to go up to 12th floor where Panpuri spa is located by elevator, but it's not a big deal. Definitely, Panpuri must be my onsen experience list for next time in Bangkok.
