When in Boracay, it’s a must to book HOHO and island tours and activities with Southwest, very efficient, the value for money was well beyond expectations. The crew are very professional and as a tourist, you do not need to think if you need to give them a tip or not because as i can see they are well compensated. Everything was properly coordinated and they are well linked with every hotel and every destination. The lunch for the island tour was unlimited seafood buffet where you will wonder how you are going to consume all of it, well thought of.

Seamless transfer. Convenient if you are traveling with senior citizen parents and with kids. During our departure from Boracay, they arrived early on our hotel and very patient while waiting us to check-out. They also assisted with our luggages. Overall good experience and highly recommended.

The overall the experience was really good. The driver was there on time, easy to spot, and super helpful with my bags. The car was clean and comfy, and the ride was smooth — no complaints there. The only weird part was getting an email later that night saying I was a “no-show,” even though I had already been picked up and dropped off hours earlier. It didn’t affect the trip, but it was a bit confusing. Aside from that little hiccup, everything else went perfectly. I’d still recommend them and would use the service again — just maybe double-check the backend to avoid mix-ups like that.
