We took the 3hr itinerary but end up with half a day one cause we were put together with other groups so it was not a "private" tour.Unexpected huge bonus surely but I think it was because the company was lacking of tour guides so they just put a few groups together.All was great but miss out on 3D printing cause the shop wasn't open but everything else was superb.However, the weird thing there was no transport back to our original place where we depart because the van who took us had to go somewhere else to cover an itinerary that we weren't included in and the location we ended was at the robot show area which was 40 minutes away by car.So we had to arrange transport back ourselves back to Kempenski hotel.Kind of strange at the end but overall really fun and eye opener to tech and bots.Will highly recommend it to all.Oh and our guide Ms Roise was extremely helpful and accommodating.But the ending part was kinda weird and unexpected.

We did the 8h private tour with Loe. Honestly, most of the places we visited you could probably visit on your own, but Loe really elevated the experience with her stories & insights about the city. The highlight was our private lunch at Crowne Plaza - superb dimsum, amazing view & such fun chatting with Loe & getting to know more about SZ. In hindsight, not being able to experience the drone delivery lunch was probably a blessing in disguise! The driverless taxi was another eyeopening experience. It could have been a longer ride but we chose a nearby destination, so that’s on us 😄 The tour is on the expensive side, but for us it was worth it. I brought my parents along (my dad’s an electronics geek!), and I could tell he really enjoyed himself. Even though I’ve visited SZ multiple times, I came away with a much better understanding of the city & better yet, a new friend! We did the tour in Mandarin, but Loe is fluent in English too. Would definitely be open to more tours with Loe!

Great private tour, the guide was caring towards my elderly parents & put in substantial effort to engage everyone on the tour. The various experiences in this tour gave accurate insights into the technical wizardry happening in China.

Cred că magazinul de roboți are un potențial neexploatat considerabil. Amenajarea magazinului, prezentarea generală și activitățile ar putea fi îmbunătățite pentru a crea o experiență mai captivantă și interactivă. Deși a fost interesant, s-a simțit puțin limitat și sper că vor continua să-l îmbunătățească pe viitor. Mulțumiri speciale ghidului nostru, Jossie! A fost energic, prietenos și incredibil de util pe tot parcursul turului. A fost mereu receptiv, proactiv și a făcut experiența și mai plăcută.

It was a good experience to ride a driverless taxi and watch the drone food delivery. Jossie, our tourist guide, is polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

This tour was totally enjoyable and an absolute must do, to dive in deeper into understanding Shenzhen as China's Tech Capital. From start to finish perfectly orchestrated by the charming guide Victoria, who demonstrated deep knowledge not only about Shenzhen and Chinese history and culture, all in slavery, very strong English language skills. I especially appreciated the interesting local insights and the relaxed atmosphere throughout the trip. I stringly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. Thank you

I thought that this was one of the best tours I have ever been on. Loria is a lovely host, positive in sharing about Shenzhen and chinese culture. The itinerary is very good with so many cool things to do - a personal tour was a great way to see SZ! Xie xie 🥰🥰

We had an interesting experience taking a driverless taxi and having a look at the latest AI gadgets as well as 3d printing lab. got a cute laser printed luggage tag as a souvenir and ended the tour with drone delivered milk teas. Our guide Livia was very pleasant and helpful - good explanation and helped us to take some cute photos and videos. overall, we would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Shenzhen for the first time!
